Spirits of the Jungle

Created in the Nanay River, the photograph represents the artist immersed in a place of healing and personal refuge. Sadith recognised her own image within the work and responded by incorporating kené patterns to express freedom, self-empowerment, and livelihood—describing it as “my own empowerment, my livelihood.”
