Tirhas, a survivor of extreme violence from the Tigray war.

Tirhas, 33, was a successful mother and entrepreneur before the Tigray war. In Dec 2020, five Eritrean soldiers abused and beat her while three months pregnant, causing a miscarriage. She fled to an IDP camp and now lives under protection, but her trauma remains profound.
