يُعتبر التليّف الكيسي مرضاً وراثياً يصيبُ الرئتين فيجعل من التنفّس غايةً في الصعوبة، والحل الوحيد له هو زراعة رئة بديلة، غير أن الانتظار قد يدومُ لسنوات، لذا يستأجر المصابون بهذا المرض شققاً فارغة في موسكو بهدف زيادة فُرص الحصول على متبرّع بالرئة. في هذه الصورة تظهر ليرا، ابنة الـ22 ربيعاً من مدينة ياروسلافل الروسية، إذ تنتظر زراعة رئةٍ جديدة من مكان إقامتها في زيلينوغراد.
