A female leopard watches for prey near Mombo Camp in the Okavango Delta, Botswana. Leopards are generally shy and retiring. They are primarily nocturnal and spend much of the day resting up out of sight. It is always a privilege to spend time with these beautiful, enigmatic big cats.

تترقب الكشماء فريستها بالقرب من مخيّم مومبو في دلتا أوكافانغو، بوتسوانا. وتعد الفهود من الحيوانات الخجولة والانطوائية بشكلٍ عام وتظهر في الليل، كما تمضي معظم وقتها نهاراً في الاستراحة بعيداً عن الأنظار، ويُعدّ قضاء الوقت مع هذه السنوريات الغامضة فرصةً مميّزة.
