BUEA, CAMEROON. May, 2019. Motome, aged 50, was attacked by an ‘Anglophone’ militant who cut off his right hand with a machete for working on a government-funded water project nearby. The English-speaking population of SW Cameroon has long denounced French-speaking centralised Government policies.
