A mother tends to her newborn baby, born just hours earlier, in a dark maternity ward in a United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA)-supported hospital. A drone strike earlier that day had taken out a nearby hydroelectric dam and left the entire area without power, with no backup generators available.
