KHARTOUM, SUDAN. April 24, 2025. A Sudanese armed Forces soldier walks by a burnt-out armored vehicle inside the former lobby of the Le Meridien Hotel in Khartoum. During the Rapid Support Forces’ 22-month occupation of central Khartoum, the entire inner city was looted following months of battle.
