AZZAZ, NORTHERN SYRIA. Kantoum Al Ali with her 14-year-old Fatmah, who suffers from complications due to neurological birth defects, at the World Health Organization (WHO)-supported Sijo Paediatric Hospital in Azzaz, Northwest Syria. According to OCHA, over 4 million people were displaced to this region during the 12-year war.
