Risso's Dolphins

Risso’s dolphin (Grampus griseus) lives in small groups of up to 20 individuals. It favours offshore deep waters and feeds mainly on cephalopods. Its massive body and scarred, whitening skin are its distinctive traits. This dolphin is named after Nice-born naturalist Antoine Risso.
