Devil Rays
The devil ray (Mobula mobular), with its graceful wing-like fins, glides majestically through open waters. A migratory plankton-feeder, it filters vast volumes of water as it swims. Seasonal gatherings are now increasingly observed each summer in the Mediterranean. Endemic to these waters. IUCN status: Endangered.
